About this trip: The word is getting out about this trip and more HISCers and Hackers are going on it every year. It features three days of golfing on some of Austria’s premier courses surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
This is a perfect way
to get away, relax and work on that swing. If you’ve never played a 600 yard par 3, here is your chance. Don’t worry gravity will help you a bit on this one, but
you may have trouble keeping your head down with all the beauty that surrounds you in that Alpine valley. You’ll get to play three rounds at three of the following courses, all for one amazingly
low price.
• Tauern Golf Club in Radstadt, 18 holes, 6700 yards
• Goldegg Golf Club – 18 holes, 6304 yards
• Zell am See (two courses) 36 holes, 13427 yards
• Brandhof Golf and Country Club – 18 holes, 6800 yards
Non-golfers welcome as well. Salzburg is only a short 45 minute drive. The Eagles Nest and mountains of Berchtesgarden are equally close. Want to relax, the spas of Bad Hofgastein are just around the corner.
Trip Price: 275€; single upplement will be about 30€. The trip is 3 nights (Friday - Monday) and the price includes transportation, room with bath or shower, 3 days golf with guide and green fees, 3 breakfasts, and 1 barbecue dinner. Non-golfing adults pay 110€, children 6-11 70€, and children 2-5 25€.
