About this trip: This year we have made reservations for 144 people to attend, with two busloads of 50 people each! We will have our own section of the tent. Unlike some other German fests, we must reserve tables, which include a mandatory three liters of beer and one half-chicken dinner. We will depart Heidelberg to the fest at 1200 and then leave the fest by 2300, arriving back in Heidelberg around midnight. Joy is always in the forecast: From 23rd September to 9th October 2011 fun comes first
on Stuttgart's fairground Wasen in the south of Germany. Finally the 1665th Cannstatter Volksfest opens the gates again and offers best family entertainment 17 days long. No need to concern about your physical well-being: seven marquees, two wine tents and numerous beer gardens and snack bars present everything your heart desires on their menu cards.
